Rebalanced Life began with my own experience of burnout. After years of pushing too hard—personally and professionally—I knew something had to change. Working with individuals and inside corporate systems, I saw how common burnout is—and how poorly it’s addressed. Rebalanced Life offers practical, evidence-based support to help people and organizations recover and move forward with clarity.
